Contact and service information. When you request a quote or book a service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and service address in order to schedule and perform your job.

Photos. We may take before-and-after photos of completed work at your property. These photos help us track job quality and may be used for marketing purposes (for example, on our website, social media, or in advertisements), unless you ask us not to use them.

Payment information. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Riptide does not collect or store your full card number or banking details — that information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy and security standards.

Marketing sign-up. If you opt in to our email list, we collect your email address to send promotions, seasonal reminders, and service updates.

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and perform exterior cleaning services
• Process payment for completed work via Stripe
• Follow up regarding service quality or scheduling changes
• Share before/after photos for marketing, where permitted
• Send promotional or informational emails to customers who have opted in
• Improve our services and respond to customer inquiries

If you do not want photos of your property used for marketing purposes, let us know at the time of service or by emailing [email protected], and we will exclude your job from any public or promotional use.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email, or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect service-related communications (such as appointment confirmations or invoices).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Stripe, to process payments
• Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., scheduling or communication tools), bound to protect your information
• Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including relying on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for all payment handling. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

We retain customer contact and service information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may request to:

• Review or update the contact information we have on file
• Opt out of photo use for marketing
